We listen, act, and transform
So many people carry the weight of past trauma, complicated relationships, and future worries, all while trying to function in a world that doesn’t always make space for them. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns, therapy can help.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, or postpartum parents seeking a space where they don’t have to explain or hide parts of themselves to feel understood.
As both a therapist and postpartum professional, I bring lived experience and professional expertise to our work together. I know what it’s like to feel lost in the dark and fight your way back to yourself. That journey taught me that healing happens in a relationship with another human who shows up authentically. I’m not a blank slate. I’m here with you: grounded, compassionate, and ready to hold space for every part of your story.
How we’ll work together:
Our sessions go beyond talking. We’ll work with your body and mind together, focusing on nervous system regulation, somatic and cognitive processing, and building practical coping skills. I use trauma-informed, relational, and somatic approaches to help you:
Understand your patterns and nervous system responses
Develop healthier coping strategies and habits
Increase distress tolerance and emotional regulation
Strengthen communication and connection in your relationships
Feel more grounded, resilient, and aligned with the life you want
My specialties include:
Supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients
Postpartum identity and family transitions
Trauma and attachment healing
Anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles
Therapy with me is about real change. Both cognitive and somatic. Together, we’ll uncover the roots of what you’re carrying, create space for all of who you are, and move toward the lasting shifts you’ve been searching for.
